Returns Policy

Returns Or Changes  - We know this is f*cking boring, but you might need to know it!

We are unable to accept a return and/or any changes once a Box Of Goodies has been despatched or delivered. All orders are final and non-refundable unless cancelled within our accepted period.

If you receive an item in a box that you believe is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue for you. We guarantee to fix it if we f*ucked it up. Our refund policy is governed by Australian consumer law and we abide by the law in all instances.

Perishable goods such as food cannot be accepted for return.

Cancellation Policy

Melbourne orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Interstate orders can be cancelled for 48 hours after placing the order, unless the delivery date is within 48 hours of the order being placed - this is due to the freight transit time. Orders that have already been dispatched or which are in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind/address etc. Soz. 

Cancellation of orders incurs a $15.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed for the original amount, minus the $15.00 fee - we only charge this fee because we are charged by our online website supplier - even if you cancel. If a cancellation notice is received with less than 24 hours notice - the cancellation will not be processed. A cancellation request must be sent in writing by email to tracey@boxofgoodies.com.au to receive your refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery, but for Melbourne orders we can work with you to change delivery address, or allow pickup, or delay the order until another day. In the event that the receiver is not home and the order is unable to be delivered, the sender will be charged a redelivery fee. This fee is set by our courier company and in almost all cases will be equal to the original delivery fee.

We do not offer refunds via cash under any circumstances. All refunds will be returned to the original payment option and will be processed within twenty four hours.

Additional non-returnable items: 

Gift cards. Food Items. Customised/personalised products.

Late or missing item refunds (if applicable) 

We will issue a refund for missing items in the box if we are notified in writing of the omission. Just shoot us an email and we'll make it right. If you would rather, we'll send out the missing item the next day (usually with a little extra something for your trouble!) We will not issue refunds for items that have been substituted for a similar product of equal or greater value as we always advise the sender of these changes beforehand. Items are only exchanged in special circumstances.

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Refunds can take a little time to be processed and the money returned to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after five days, contact us at tracey@boxofgoodies.com.au

Gifts

Boxes received as gifts cannot be returned for refund. In the unlikely event that a refund is required by law, refunds will only be processed to the sender of the box through their original payment method. Refunds will not be processed to the gift recipient under any circumstances.

Boxes must be returned to Box Of Goodies in their original condition and with all items included before a refund can be processed.

At all times we strive to make you happy. Please don't stew on it if you have a problem. Just call or email and we'll make sure you're smiling at the end of it. We got you!
